Bio:
With more than 20 years of legal experience, Gwendolen F. Modesti has built her career on providing practical guidance, responsive service, and thoughtful advocacy for individuals and families throughout Delaware County and the surrounding communities.
Over the course of her career, Gwen has operated her own law practice in Media and has also practiced with two respected boutique general practice firms. Her broad legal background allows her to approach each client's matter with a well-rounded perspective, drawing on experience across multiple areas of the law to develop practical, effective solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Gwen represents clients in a variety of legal matters, including personal injury claims, civil litigation, family law issues, and criminal matters. She understands that many clients seek legal counsel during some of the most difficult times in their lives. By taking the time to listen, explain the legal process, and communicate clearly throughout every stage of a case, Gwen strives to help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
A Philadelphia native, Gwen earned her Bachelor of Arts from Temple University before receiving her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. While in law school, she served as a writer for the Widener Law Forum, reflecting her strong legal research and writing skills.
Gwen is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and is of Counsel to the firm of Mills Legal, LLC.
As a longtime resident of Ridley Township, where she lives with her husband and children, Gwen is deeply connected to the Delaware County community she serves.
